RETURN POLICY

To enhance your shopping experience, our return policy is crafted to address unforeseen situations. These terms are in place to manage such scenarios. We make every effort to minimize the need for these policy terms by implementing multiple verification methods before dispatching your product. This is done to prevent any unnecessary inconvenience or dissatisfaction for you.

1. The terms of this policy come into play only in the event of unintentional situations, such as:

a) Receiving a damaged product/item.

b) Receiving a product/item different from what you ordered.

c) If the product/item was misrepresented on our website.

2. Products/Items in this category will not be replaced:

a) If the product/item is sent back to us before receiving any permission or instructions from our team.

b) If the price tag attached to the product/item is removed or cut. Removal or loss of the price tag will not be considered for replacements.

c) If the product/item is worn, used, or altered in any way, it shall not be replaced under any circumstances.

3. We regret to inform you that if the original packaging, price tag, or the original product is missing during the return request processing, you do not qualify for any replacement/exchange of the product/item.

4. Helpful and Prior Steps for Returns:

a) If you encounter any problem or have doubts related to the product/item, it is recommended to first email the company on its official email id.

b) Report the problem within 24 hours of receiving the product/item in question and not after using the product/item.

c) After reporting your problem or seeking consultation, our team will verify your issue and get back to you.

d) Our team will notify you if returning the product/item is necessary. Please refrain from sending it back to us unless specifically instructed to do so.

e) No credits or replacement shall be given if the product/item is sent back to us prior to any permission or instructions given to you by our team.

f) Always report any or all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time

g) We recommend providing detailed information when describing the issue, as our team will thoroughly assess all returns in relation to your complaint. If, upon examination, it is determined that the issue falls into the category of non-replacement, we regret that we won't be able to replace the product/item.

h) If you receive a return confirmation from our team, please dispatch the product/item within 7 working days with the original packaging and in original condition along with the copy of the invoice you received.

5. Complains regarding color:

a) For our products/items, we strive to be as specific as possible about colors to avoid returns.

b) If the color of the product/item is incorrectly selected by you or wrongly delivered to you, it will be replaced based on the availability of the required color and by following the steps mentioned in paragraph no. 3 above.

c) We suggest inquiring with us for specific color and specifications before ordering to minimize returns.

d) You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs unless our team notifies you of free shipping availability.

6. Product/Item availability Failure:

If you have made a payment for a product/item that is unavailable for delivery, you have the option to choose an alternative of equal value. Alternatively, if the provided alternative is not satisfactory, a full refund for the undelivered goods and services will be processed within 5 working days. The refund will be issued using the same mode of payment that was originally used at the time of the transaction.

7. Miscellaneous:

a) If you have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying item availability and shipping locations.

b) For transit safety purposes, products may be shipped separately.

c) Aurecho recommends providing a complete name and address with the proper pin code to avoid returns and penalty charges.

d) Please note that courier companies impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, where the address or pin code does not match. Such charges and penalties will be paid by you and not by Aurecho to the courier company.

e) You agree that charges for re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.

f) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once the order is dispatched, rectification/change of address will not be granted.

g) Aurecho will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from an incomplete address.

h) If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss.

i) Aurecho will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.

j) For shipments to any girls hostel/college/school, please specify a specific date and time while placing the order to avoid returns due to permission issues for entering such premises. Aurecho will not be responsible for refund or credits, if any, nor will it re-ship the order in such circumstances without any shipping charges.

k) We will deduct Rs.150/- as cancellation charges.

l) Cancellation can be done via email.

m) Approved returns will be initiated and delivered within 5-7 working days after pick up. And in case of any delays, you will be notified. 

n) Zone A: The order will be delivered within 2 working days after the order is confirmed. Zone B and Zone C: The order will be delivered within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.

o) Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the return is received and inspected. And the amount will be credited to the source account within 48 hrs.

8. Governing Law:

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regards to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai

9. Severability:

If any provision of the Code is held invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part thereof is invalid. The remainder of that provision and all other provisions of this Act shall remain in full force and effect.
